The 550 Parking Garage in Fort Lauderdale was designed exclusively as a parking facility, addressing the growing need for vehicle accommodation in a high-traffic area. The structure serves as an annex to an office building by FSMY Architects, complementing its functionality and urban presence. F3 Architecture worked closely with FSMY Architects to develop the project documentation, focusing on optimizing internal vehicle circulation. A key innovation was integrating the access ramp within the slab of each level, allowing a fluid slope for seamless movement between floors.

The ground floor enhances public interaction by incorporating retail spaces, creating a dynamic urban connection. The building’s modern design and functional layout make it a standout structure, balancing aesthetic appeal with practicality.
