F3 Architecture, a leading architecture firm, was tasked with designing a luxury residential tower in the Bay of Cartagena, Colombia, on the shores of Lake Boca Grande. This prestigious project offered an opportunity to take full advantage of the breathtaking views in one of the city's most exclusive areas, demonstrating F3 Architecture's expertise in designing and architecture for complex, high-end developments.
Description | The project involved unifying three plots totaling 58,125 Sqft. to create a corner lot with access from three streets. This strategic location allowed F3 Architecture to optimize both vehicular and pedestrian access, with specific entries designated for residents, services, and parking. The design features a multi-story parking garage on the lower levels, transitioning into luxurious residential units on upper floors. Amenities on the 4th floor include three swimming pools, a gym, a spa, and a restaurant, complemented by private terraces for select units. From floors 6 to 9, smaller two- and three-bedroom units are featured, while the upper floors offer larger four- and five-bedroom units. The design emphasizes lightness and panoramic views with dynamic balcony arrangements and glass railings, showcasing the attention to detail and innovation of F3 Architecture’s designer architects. |
