F3 Architecture collaborated with FSMY Architects to create Society Las Olas, a complex of two modern buildings that set a new standard for urban living in Fort Lauderdale.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, Society Las Olas comprises two residential towers connected by a shared basement, designed to accommodate retail spaces, parking facilities, amenities, and service sectors. F3 Architecture contributed extensively to the project documentation, ensuring the design maintained its integrity throughout the development process. The project was divided into two phases to align with the construction of each tower, with the second tower currently still under construction. Meticulous attention was given to elements such as flooring, ceilings, furniture, and construction joints, ensuring precision in execution. The collaborative effort included MEP engineers, structural experts, fire protection specialists, and interior designers, resulting in a cohesive and functional design. The towers feature a contemporary, avant-garde aesthetic, offering comfort and convenience to residents while elevating the area’s urban appeal. This project exemplifies F3 Architecture’s expertise in modern buildings, retail architecture, and large-scale project collaboration. |
