Description |
The client envisioned Stud Farms La Pasión as the leading Haras in Latin America. F3 Architecture turned this vision into reality through meticulous planning and precise execution, beginning with a masterplan that laid the foundation for the property’s transformation. The masterplan divided the site into distinct functional zones, including stud, breeding, and care areas for horses, as well as human-centric facilities like sales halls, showrooms, and living quarters for staff. This layout ensured seamless operations across the expansive site. The architectural strategy unified all buildings with a consistent material palette, incorporating textured block bricks and reinforced concrete. Windows placed high on walls optimized ventilation and lighting, while sloped roofs and wooden ceilings added a cohesive and sophisticated aesthetic. Attention to detail extended to every aspect, from structural elements to interior finishes. The result is a modern, functional, and visually stunning stud farm that not only meets the client’s goals but sets a new benchmark for equestrian architecture in the region. |
