F3 Architecture provided local expertise to Zara Spain for the remodeling and expansion of its flagship store on Santa Fe Avenue, Buenos Aires. This five-story building includes three retail floors, two warehousing levels, and a staff area. The project focused on aligning the store’s design and functionality with Zara’s global standards, incorporating modern aesthetics and cutting-edge systems. Key updates included the implementation of Argentina’s first fire detection system of its kind, ensuring enhanced safety. Through seamless collaboration, F3 Architecture delivered a comprehensive transformation, creating a modern and functional retail store that enhances the shopping experience while meeting operational and safety requirements. |
