The four-story structure required careful attention to preserve its heritage elements, while incorporating contemporary design features. The sales areas, located on the ground and second floors, are complemented by a stockroom on the third floor. F3 Architecture meticulously balanced Zara’s minimalist style with the building’s historic character, meeting fire protection requirements and maintaining structural integrity.
