F3 Architecture worked with Zara to transform one of its largest retail spaces at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York. The two-story store features expansive retail areas connected by a central staircase and elevator.

Overcoming challenges such as structural discrepancies in the as-built plans and a sloping stockroom floor, the team implemented practical solutions, including a large ramp to ensure seamless transitions between areas.
